Great experience with Dan. Some of the best customer service Ive had from a freight or delivery company. Smiles the whole time, good conversation. I had a pretty complicated delivery scenario and Dan handled it no problem. He went above and beyond.

Went to pick up. Large package. Customer service was some of the best I've seen. Yes sir, no sir and a smile was the norm here. Even the drivers made eye contact and said good morning

I used ODFL to ship a huge statue from Tucson to Chicago to a residential address using hydraulic lift gate and they made the whole process so easy for me. everything went just as planned in the Statue was delivered without damage even though it was made from fragile cement.
