The job is pretty simple when delivering packages, READ THE LABEL and DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO THE ADDRESS OR MAILBOX OF ASSOCIATED ADDRESS.. but somehow this is too complicated for this company to successfully complete.

Not sure why the carrier doesn't scan the mail daily, I used to see my mail on the app but just recent the mail is no longer available for review. POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE

I have an online craft business, so I am at the Post Office a lot. This staff is better than four other USPS locations that I've regularly been to. They seem to work together better than other locations. It's a rough job, but it feels like they're trying their best here.
There's also a convenient drive up mailbox and in the lobby, a small package drop off for boxes under a certain size.

This 5 star review is ONLY because of CHRISTINA !!!!! I had a shipment of beef jerky put in the parcel mailbox at my apartment complex & the key they gave me would NOT open the damn mailbox . It’s been in there since the 2nd (today is the 6th) & I tried everything to get into it & failed . I put a bunch of notes all over the mailbox for the mailman trying to get them to help me which they never did !!! I called the post office yesterday & today Christina called me asking if I had gotten it yet & when I told her no she took into her own hands & said she was just gonna come & try to get my package out herself ! She did not have to do that but she did anyway out of the goodness of her own heart . I appreciate her SO much , best customer service I’ve literally ever had . She’s a really good person & is so so nice ! I’m so happy ! I’ve been seriously pissed about this issue for days & within one day of calling & letting her know about the problem, she came & handled it all on her own ! What a great person ! THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRISTINA!!!! I appreciate you more than you know !

I have lost mail when I have mailed it the box right out side the post office. I mailed a letter certified so I would know when it would get there and it left tolleson post and was never scaned again by any other post office. My mail ends up in other people's mail box so than my bills are late.

I have not gotta my packages. Packages put in wrong mail box given to wrong resident I want my packages mail person need to get mail box right it not exceptable.

Lazy..... they wouldn't even deliver a package that was not hard to deliver they just wouldn't because my complex is big. When I rescheduled delivery, they ignored it so I have to get the item myself. My item was Amazon so they should have had one of their people do it. Disgusted!!

This is now the second time we have had issues with our mail. The first issue whoever now delivers here put IN our parcel that we no longer resided at our home, it was emptied long before they took the liberty to let decide for us we no longer wished to receive mail. When address with USPS, I had to go and correct an error I didn't make. None of my mail was returned to me either.NOW they are delivering our packages in the WRONG parcel and putting the key in the wrong box.And if you are hoping your neighbors do the right thing and give it back, they won't.

A family member sent me two Christmas cards that I have yet to receive. I would hate to say that these postal workers are incompetent, but I have been waiting about a week for these cards. Informed Delivery said to expect this mail on December 5th. It's been a week.....Where is my mail???!!!
