A Family Storage has a professional staff that works hard to secure the facility. We have hardly had any problems arise regarding billing or security. However, I might suggest that the company insulate all of their units and to spray for pests more often.

We have used the Golflinks for 10 years, and the interaction with staff has been great. The unit was not insulated so got very dusty, but never flooded or got too hot. Only had to move due to the recent increased price rates.

Met Rudy when I rented here December 2024. He is an excellent manager, super efficient, very friendly, and keeps the property looking great. Highly recommend this location.
