A Family Storage is a facility with a professional staff that works hard to secure the property and keep it looking great. The staff is described as excellent, super efficient, very friendly, kind, accommodating, helpful, patient, and transparent. Interactions with staff are consistently noted as a highlight. The property is well-marked and the organization of the letter and numbered units is visible and easy to read, making it simple to navigate. The facility offers a multitude of drive-up units of all sizes, which is very convenient. The rental grounds appear adequate but are noted as not new, a bit worn, though everything functions as needed. The units are cooled by a swamp cooler. Some reviewers suggest the company insulate all of their units, as non-insulated units can get very dusty, and to spray for pests more often. However, units are reported to have never flooded or gotten too hot. Security is good, with hardly any problems arising, and access is available until 10 pm, which is appreciated. The place runs a bit cheaper than newer facilities, offering a price break, and includes a month-to-month agreement. An additional 10% discount is available for military. Payment methods are clear and easy, with many tasks manageable online via an app. A key policy to note is that there are no prorated adjustments for rentals; a full month's charge applies regardless of move-out date. Overall, it is a recommended location if it is close to home and the older facility is acceptable, as it works just the same as other places.
We needed short term storage. A Family Storage worked with us and got us what we needed right away. We got a great price and they worked with us when we closed out our rental. If we need storage again, we will be back!

This is my first time working with a storage facility. Rudy with A Family Storage was thorough and knowledgeable. My experience during the initial sign up/reservation process went smoothly and I am satisfied with the unit space provided. Highly recommend!
