“i’ve been a customer for a little over two years never had any issues started out with a small storage, then eventually upgraded to a larger one If I ever needed any help, they were quickly available. I forgot my pin pad cold one time they were able to get me in without any issues they have automatic payments where I don’t even have to worry about paying them once a month they take it right out of my bank account, which is pretty convenient for me.”

I walked in here stressed out and under a time crunch. Bethany provided the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. She made renting out the FREE super nice / brand new moving van fast and easy. Thanks for showing us how much you really care!
Then you have the facility itself. Holy cow, I felt like I was in Fort Knox as we rolled down the air conditioned hallways towards my new unit. Bluetooth entry for the loading dock and units is space age AF.
Not like I even looked at any of the others, but I can tell you right now there is no better place for storage in town. Look no further!”

The quote I received from the website answered 90% of the questions ($ due today / unit #) being able to reach a human on site and come verify the unit before signing on the dotted line sealed the deal. Highly recommend after considering several other facilities.”

“I would like to say I received exceptional customer service support at Devon’s Self Storage on Flowing Wells! Dan assisted me each step of the way. I was experiencing issues with the electronic signature which generates and activates a gate code. I became paranoid as I wasn’t sure if I would arrive prior to them closing being I was moving from Phoenix to Tucson. He assured me he will make sure I get a gate code even if shy of cut off time. I made it and met him in person and he was very pleasant to work with. He even made my life easier by making adjustments to where I could leave the Uhaul at his location vs. dropping it off at a further location. Thank you Dan for all your help and making my move run more smoothly! It was a pleasure meeting you and working with you!

“Office staff was very helpful and kind ,made the process very quick and easy .i really like how clean the property is kept and the security features give me peace of mind knowing my valuables are protected 24/7 .I had to be out of the place I had my business at with a very short notice .I had used Cube Smart the last time I needed a last minute storage and they were costly and pushy to sell me everything they could .the staff was rude and not very friendly. I am glad I found this place .they also gave me my first 2 months at half off .so my 12x30 storage was only 100 a month for the first two months .and hopefully I get my own new shop by the end of the second month .thank you Arizona self storage staff .”
