My only complaint is hidden fees related to the lock and also required insurance which was not disclosed over the phone. Overall satisfied and would recommend the manager especially”

She found a key that was unrelated to the storage facility, looked into it and found that we were the only ones in the area in the last day. She called me right away and I was able to identify it. This was a very important key that would have been difficult and expensive to replace, I didn't even realize it was missing.
