Auto Repair, Tire Dealers, Towing
Hours: All Makes & Models Auto Repair is a family owned and operated auto repair shop for two generations, since 2000. They are an ASE-certified shop with over 100 years of combined experience and highly skilled, qualified technicians who undergo continued training. They have the latest diagnostic equipment and are equipped for a wide range of services all at the same shop, including wheel alignment. They provide reliable and trustworthy auto repair services to Tucson and the surrounding area. Customers describe the staff as awesome, wonderful, nice, understanding, and above board. They are glad to answer any questions, explain what needs fixing in a sensible way, and respond quickly to phone calls and follow-up questions. The shop provides excellent work and fair market price for parts and labor. Many note the high quality of automotive service, with vehicles running well after repairs. Additional conveniences include towing and a loaner vehicle available, a helpful system for texting repair estimates, and the ability to work clients into the schedule on short notice. Overall, clients are happy and confident the work is done well to a high quality level. Some note the labor and parts pricing can feel premium or pricey, comparing it to dealership pricing, which may not fit every budget-conscious client. However, they acknowledge you are paying for quality, skilled diagnostics, and the safety net of professional service. They are recommended for high quality work as long as cost minimization is not the most important consideration.
