“Mid-2200 mi road trip 2014 VW Passat TDI check engine light came on near Douglas. Got to Tucson and flashing thermometer + chime STOP alarm came on Saturday morning - I shut it down. Bro-in-law said “call Stuttgart” & I did Monday morning 8 am. They said they’d diagnose by Tuesday so I had it towed in at 9:30. Diagnosis done and repair authorization texted to me <2 hr later, got text at 3 pm that parts were in and work had started, with estimated completion midday Tuesday - WHICH IT WAS!! Trip saved! “I've been going here since I moved to Tucson 4 yrs ago. Today I went in to get an oil change and I asked George if someone could look at my front tires. I was told by another well know place ( when getting tire pressure checked) that the front tires needed replaced soon. I had made an appt at another place to have 2 new tires put on, actually the appt was for later on today. George came back inside, said my tires are good and still have a lot of miles on them. He suggested they be rotated and I said sure...All the guys at RR Auto are Friendly, super nice and so knowledgeable! I'll never go anywhere else!!!”
