“We took my New to Me RAV4 to Dan's Toy Shop for a look over. It was great and a few items needed to have some work. I received a list of what was done and what was working and when my next updates needed to be done. I appreciate the time that is taken to explain to me and they do not talk over my head. I will continue to take my RAV4 to Dan's Toy Shop for the great customer service. The prices are very reasonable!”

“I highly recommend this honest mechanic! They were quick, professional, and reasonably priced, with great attention to detail and fast service. They don’t just fix the problem and send you on your way—they take the car for a test drive to make sure the issue has truly been resolved. As a family-owned small business, they treat their customers with respect and provide excellent customer service. One of the things I really appreciated was that I didn’t have to worry about finding a ride while my car was being repaired—they provided Uber transportation to and from the shop, taking away the stress of having to arrange a ride every time. It’s hard to find an honest, dependable mechanic who combines quality work with reasonable prices and genuine care for their customers. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!”

“Regular customer of Hardin for years, always dependable, repairs done efficiently. The last repair was a surprise to all of us. ONLY GM oem parts could repair what needed to be done. The manager determined something else was going on, took the vehicle to an expert specializing in drive train. Manager paid out of pocket to have the repair done right. This was above and beyond what any mechanic I've ever worked with and I truly appreciate his leadership on this problem. A great shop, mechanics have always done what was recommended, and they really had my back on this one. Great Job Hardin.”

“I had my front brakes and rotors replaced at Turn 4 Automotive, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Eric was my service technician and did an outstanding job. He performed a thorough brake inspection, explained what my vehicle needed, and made sure I understood the work before moving forward. The vehicle was in and out quickly, and the quality of the work was exactly what I was looking for. I also got four brake pads and two rotors at a great price, which made the whole experience even better. I’m pretty particular about automotive service, and it’s easy to recognize when a shop takes pride in its work. The owners and mechanics at Turn 4 are clearly doing something right. Kudos to the whole team for providing honest, quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back to Turn 4 Automotive for future work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.”
