“Marcus Rife on the service drive is amazing. He is straight to the point of what needs to be done right away and is honest when it comes to what can wait. He answered all questions in a timely manner and had my vehicle ready on time and called my warranty company promptly like he said he would. I am a patient person and don’t call repeatedly or constantly ask why there aren’t updates etc due to being a service advisor and understanding the “nonsense” and even though I conveyed that to him he was quick to get things done and didn't take advantage of it...Also, I was running late and they have a 20 minute late window and he wasn’t upset about it. He even said he appreciated that I was late.. Haha. Marcus is very to the point and honest and might come off slightly …ummm short, but being from New York I can appreciate that. Some people may not like it, but we don’t take our Benz to the dealership to be wooed and smoke blown up our asses… if someone is too chatty or kisses your ass too much at a dealership like that, be prepared to be swindled… Haha..i am kidding, sort of, maybe I just talked too much to the poor dude at 9 am and he didn’t have much of a response haha… anyway I prefer the real deal and that’s why Marcus stands out and I'll stick with him as my advisor!! Trustworthy, responsive and knowledgeable!!”

“I couldn't have had a better experience with a mechanic shop. Came in because my AC wasn't keeping up with the super hot days. Oscar came out and told me that yes I was a little low on freon, I actually really needed a new fan clutch(also explained all the tests to ran to diagnose the fan clutch). I went ahead with the work, and when I came to pick up the truck I let him know I had this awful clunk that I was dealing with but couldn't afford to fix because another shop had robbed me of 800 dollars to do my CV axles and never did(long story). He had his guys come right over and start testing immediately. After 10 minutes one of them pulls out this piece of plastic from behind my bumper and wouldn't you know it... that was the culprit. They didn't charge me a dime for that additional diagnosis or anything. Very honest business owner and mechanics. They deserve your hard earned money.”

“I recently had an oil change and brakes replaced at a Brake Master's location for the first time (Speedway and McKinley). I am very pleased with the results. They did an excellent job. I am very good about getting my oil changes done on schedule, no matter what, and I have been really busy recently so I was a little overdue. Amazing how an oil change will perk a cars performance right up! The gentleman behind the counter Daniel, was friendly and made sure I was given great customer service. They were very steady with business but my car was done in a reasonable amount of time, even though I was just a walk-in that day and had told them there was no rush on my end because I could see how busy they were and I just randomly dropped my car off a little before lunchtime and I expected it would be a looong afternoon before they got to mine. But, they got it done fast and the brakes feel great as well! Thank you.”
