My excellent old Epson Work-Force 3540 printer got it into its head that there was a page jam that needed to be cleared. There was no jam but the printer wouldn't re-set.These folks diagnosed the problem quickly and now my printer is working splendidly. I couldn't be happier. Thank you AZ Printer Services Inc.

The folks at Arizona's Printer Services are super helpful and extremely patient. My laser printer was giving me fits and Dave, in particular, helped me figure out that it was (I'm chagrined to say) one small thing *I* was doing that caused the printing problem.
