I was able to make a reservation online, which was very easy. When I arrived, they let me know that the sedan I had reserved was not available so they upgraded me to a Mustang. doesn’t get better than that.

Avis/Budget car rental was 20min from my location. Easy booking system online through Expedia with a pre-check option to expedite PU. Friendly female staff at PU and same at drop-off. Will reserve again from this location every year!
