Performed follow up service on my bike for over an hour and didn’t even charge. I was impressed by how multiple techs offered suggestions to my issue. Brought in a six pack to say thanks and keep them hydrated.

Walked in with with my bike and some parts Saturday afternoon and Alex, a mechanic at the shop, was able to diagnose, repair, and reassemble my busted hub and choppy shifting.Thanks Alex! I appreciated it a ton.

Great service, Im a student over at UofA and when the Bike Repair stand on Campus blew me off I went to Fair Wheel, just needed my pedals pulled off because one was stuck. Did it for free and put on the replacments I brought in. Live savers
