Hannah the girl with blonde hair was so helpful, funny, and made the experience magical. So did the guy who has tan skin who pumps bears and is young. So magical!❤️ they made sure to wish me a happy birthday and all were happy and patient!

We have a history here. We brought our kids here for their special bears, and now we go there to enjoy the happiness on the faces of our grandkids. The staff are always nice.
