Was there helping a friend that received a text saying Chase Bank was offering her a refund that was closed several months ago. Apparently, there is a scam text that asks people to respond to the link. DON'T DO IT, GO TO THE BANK IN PERSON

Well I can honestly say it's very nice going through the drive-thru with the ATM get what you need done and you're out of there no line nothing have a great day and everybody be safe

One of the last big banks with real people. Very nice staff. Reliable and accommodating service. I gave up on Bsnk of America.
