Like night and day compared to the other Chase branch I recently went to. Very nice. Very straight forward and informative. No beating around the bush. You know exactly what you have to do to resolve your issues. I might be changing my mind about Chase now because of the customer service here.

Worst bank ever!!!!! When I set up my account, I wasn’t told about or explain to you that I could not accept wire transfers into a secure checking now I’m out almost $3000 and it’s an emergency and customer service on the phone has been utterly unhelpful and rude as soon as I can, I will be there to close my account
