I walked in today with the intention of doing a wire transfer, and while I was properly greeted and was in the process of initiating the transfer the bank teller advised me that I needed my actual card.
In the past all transactions are done by phone tap and I keep all my cards in my briefcase, I told her it would take me a minute to retrieve it from my car. They chose to refuse me service and lock the door behind me rather than service my request.
Goes without saying that their complete lack of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
I hope bank manager, Rosa Trevino reads this and has chat with her staff.

We are so happy to bank with chase, particularly at this branch. The staff is so kind and helpful. We're always treated with respect and have all our questions answered in a timely manner. So customer service oriented!

I’m a business owner and am always on a time crunch. I needed to get another account set up today and Zeina said she could squeeze me in on her lunch break. Very thankful she did that me! She’s very kind, professional, and good at her job!

Rosa Treviño and Yvonna were incredibly helpful! They made a few calls to make sure I got the credit card I wanted. Although I was initially assigned the wrong card during my first visit (issued through customer service representatives on the phone when I visited the branch), they quickly resolved the issue with a professional attitude. Their excellent customer service made the whole process fast, smooth, and stress-free.

Went there today. Pulled into the parking lot at 12:46. Walked into the bank and asked to open an account for my son. The employee said, "No, we close at 1:00." I then pointed out the time. She still refused. If the employees at this bank have services they refuse to help you with BEFORE they close, then they should state this on their website. So, do I have to come 30 min before close? An hour? How is a customer to know?

On January 16, I made a cash deposit inside the branch at a window with an agent and it was not shown until 3 hours later. Today I log into my account and it turns out that the money is not there, nor is the deposit history. I call costumer service and they can't do anything because they don't see it either. What happened here, how is this possible, they stole my money????? I am waiting to clarify the situation to immediately close my account. My money is not safe with Chase

TLDR, 3 stars for friendly staff, 1 star for competency, so 2 stars overall. Sorry for being blunt, but in the process of opening an bank account, they (1) got our phone numbers wrong, (2) first and last name of my wife opposite, and (3) her birthday wrong. This resulted in my money being stuck for several days, card not being able to use, and multiple trips to a different branch to fix these issues. If you need service other than withdrawing cash, I’d recommend going to another branch.
