Yesterday we added a line to our Cricket account and was charged an additional $8 to the $25 line. When we questioned the charge, the representative said it was for a protection feature that we never discussed and I never asked for. Then, on reviewing my bill, I found an additional $8 charge for a line I added over a year ago. Again, a protection feature I never wanted or asked for. When I contacted the corporate company they told me, take it up with the local store. Cricket charged me twice for a feature I never asked for or consented to and I caught them in the act. Buyer beware.

I had horrible experience at another store, I had just bought a phone. I went to this location and a gentleman (Wero) provided Excellent Customer Service and did what the other store said was impossible. He set my phone up & got it working. I went back to purchase a Case, a young man Carlos helped me to get a new case. The other store had messed that up also. Great Customer Service and know what they're doing. Thank you. I have to agree with Sunny Day. I hope the Mgr. at this location appreciates both of them.
