Went there on Christmas eve shopping with the wife for a coat. Left with two very nice coats and stayed within our budget. Yes Dillard's is a bit pricey, but the quality is there too. The lady helping us in the department was very friendly.

We shopped in the men's department. Customer service was outstanding great sales and quality selection.
