“Home Goods is on of my favorite stores. The seasonal displays afford shoppers of many treasures to add to your home decor. I have learned to buy something when I see you because it could be gone within a short amount of time.
You can also buy kitchen, bath, living room, and outdoor items. Home Goods has a little of everything at a discounted price. One recommendation is to inspect before you purchase to make sure your item isn't missing any parts or is broken.”
“One of my favorite BX's as I have and still travel a lot. Very clean and displays are always organized. It seems that everytime I shop here, they change the store around. Good assortment of food court items and a Starbucks.”

“Always find some treasures. Lots of unique items. Most of the staff is friendly, but if your there and they are restocking you often get pushed out of isles by some staff. So there are days I don't enjoy shopping there. I'm sure they have some stupid corporate quota to get things done, but it makes it difficult.”
“Nice Kohl's store. Good selection. While I don't find pricing as good as it used to be I will pay a small premium to touch what I'm buying. I did specifically find it ridiculous that a shirt I wanted to buy that was on clearance rack was originally priced at $64.50 and clearance price was still up at $42.75. That's hardly clearance pricing. ALL stores need to stop stocking so many smalls in men's sizes, the vast majority of us are no where near a small size. I worked in retail at one time and this has been an issue for decades. How does your data support this buying method when clearance racks are full of mainly small sizes? Smarter buying would help sales.”

“The cashier would not stop asking me to sign up for a credit card to save 10% on my purchase. I said no about 5 times. Other than that, I found a lot of cool stuff.”
“i’ve been seeing Mimi at this location for six years. When I first started going to her, my hair was very short and thin and damaged. After six years, my hair is thicker and longer than it’s ever been! Mimi does the best blonde coloring I’ve ever had done in Tucson or Phoenix! I get compliments every single time I get home from her doing my hair! She’s also just a genuinely good person! I love Mimi!! I will never go to anyone else for my hair! you can trust her with any service!”
“I came in with my Mom around 11:00 a.m. today (October 7th 2025). All of the staff were very friendly but Sophia (Sofia? Sorry!) who was working in the petite women's department was very helpful and friendly.
Stephanie, working up front at the cash register, really stood out to me, because she was greeting customers as they came in and out of the store. I have not seen anyone do this in a very long time! She was very polite and had a bright smile on her face. Also, the last time I came into this Kohl's the cashier was VERY VERY pushy about me trying to open up a credit card account. I had to say no three times. I don't want to say that employee's name because I don't want them to get into trouble and it seemed like they were having a bad day.
Most stores have extremely rude staff nowadays. For example, the last time I went to Walmart, I asked a customer service associate where I could find towels. They rolled their eyes at me, and then he pointed in the direction of the towels. Although, I guess it was my bad because they were trying to play on their phone!
My point is, I really appreciate young ladies like these two today because it's very rare and hard to find good working, friendly employees.”

“Extremely nice workers, some that aren't so nice,but mostly good service when they are available. They seem to always be short on staff to help out with jewelry or perfume. Yet I always see enough workers. They're just always incredibly busy.”

“Place is usually clean and well laid out. It's smaller than the one on Broadway. Didn't have the massive discounted Christmas items like other places did after Christmas maybe have to wait a week till it gets discounted. Overall if your in the need for a quick stop for a gift this is your place. Usually find great makeup and skincare items and jewelry. Not much tech or shoes especially men's shoes.”

Eye do not know if I did something, but she ALWAYS remembers my name when I go there. She is always helpful, full of good advice.
The shoppette probably dose not have enough workers (everyone seems to have a high turn over rate these days), so she is usually pretty busy doing something. I still do not know if I messed up, or what makes me stand out, but she calls me by my name all of the time.”

“I love this store the shelves are always full and the store is always clean. The staff always greet you and ask did you find everything alright. It had been over 8 months since I shopped at this store.
But coming in today it only got better the structure and cleanliness is still AWESOME .

“Always good deals for everyone. Service could be better especially around the holidays when I went Christmas shopping it took me at least 20 to 30 minutes to get through the line since only one person was on register and slowly two othe employees showed up but you could tell they really didnt want to do it seeing how the person who rang up my items didnt even talk to me and then asked me to take the hangers off all the clothes for her. I said sure just to get out of there but like really its part of your job...”

“I like the Valencia Wal-Mart because they usually have cashier's and items in stock unlike Tucson Marketplace (which is more convenient for me). It's costing more $ no matter where you shop nowadays, so I'll still frequent Wal-Mart.”

“One of the nicer cleaner Ross have seen especially In the area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Reading some of these reviews I feel bad. Some people think because they are spending a few dollars they should get red carpet and personal concierge service. Personally the worst part of Ross is the trashy customers that flock to places like this and cannot act like adult human beings”

“Love it! There is a woman who works there, I love to "work" with her. I shop alot, not just for myself but for others as well. I can always count on her to find something or check in on a deal she thought was super. Idk if she knows I seek her out for the 411, or Matthew just some shopping banter. Today for instance I mentioned my frustration with a set of 3 kitchen rugs, I had bought no or that long ago at another retailer. One of the rugs had a tight cold seam that just would not let up. Already it's wearing badlyb on the seam that never settled. She said she hadmore in the back ect. I didn't find one I thought would for sure work. But a possible, going to try it out. Feels like I'm being helped with my task. So rare these days! I should know her name, Shame me! Blonde, ponytail bit to guess her age but I would say her kids are about 30.probably. It seems she knows pretty much every nook and cranny of the store.”
