Returned my vehicle on the 29th and no one was there to close me out. The rep at the desk told me to leave the vehicle there and leave the keys in the drop box if no one is there. They ended up charging me for two extra days. Why? Idk

Dollar and hertz Owen by same company they share there vehicle and I sat here for 2 hours while they kept give large 7 passenger vehicle to hertz while I waited for at dollar rent car

0 stars if I could. Purchased a plan from Expedia that included a car just to get there and have the person behind the desk tell me I needed to purchase an additional insurance plan, which come to find out I did NOT need to do. Tried reaching out to customer support and got no replies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
