“Saturday, May 16th, Jamie was very kind and pleasant! Thanksgirl! Came in today, October 29th, Ken on the register was very nice. Another employee ignored me when I said hello how are you, but Ken made up for it! Just came in at 9:35 A.M, Monday the 27th. Ryan was being bombarded by customers, most of which were treating him like crap. They were extremely disrespectful and talking to him like it was his fault that it was busy. He remained extremely polite and was very friendly. Keep it up Ryan, you are awesome!!”

“Been going here out of necessity living nearby. I’m actually a convert to it now. I’m finding the price is just as good as anywhere and the sizes are normal unlike some. When I add in the almost 20 miles gas and time to get to Tucson it’s a win. Staff always seem nice, things could be perhaps better organized and cleaned but they seem to run to wire on staff to keep prices down. Would help if customers bothered to pickup stuff they drop or put things back as they found them as well on other side the coin. Regular customer now and the savings you can find also help.”

“Nice store, easy to find items. The only thing I don't like is that twice I have visited during evening hours and they have the door locked. There's always an employee who is near the door and once she sees you she unlocks it. Once I was exiting the store she opens it again and you could see there was a car waiting outside and the customers then got down to enter the store. They must of thought the store was closed since the sliding doors were not opening.”

“This seems to be one of the nicer Dollar Generals as everything was well organized and it was easy to walk around the aisles as they were not overly crowded and things were put in the right spots. This location had a larger assortment of stuff compared to other locations including home products such as laundry baskets and cleaning supplies and they even had decor items as well as a nice assortment of snacks. Cashier was kind and friendly. They have accessible parking and ramp and they also have an accessible automatic entrance.”

“I went to the one in Cortaro Farm here in Tucson AZ. After paying the items I got I realised I didnt have my phone with me. I osnicked. I was shaking and hokding myself not to cry. I asked the help of the staff there and this lady, I wasnt able to get her name, told me to search my phone using my watch. While the guys was walking around trying to find my phone inside the store. We started to hear a pinging sound. And the man found it where the solar lights were. I wasnt able to get their names but if you are reading this, thank you so very much. I appreciate you both.”

“All of the Staff are generally very nice and helpful. They generally have everything in stock that I go into buy. The only complaint I have is that for some reason a wall was put up and it hides the electric sign that displays where this Dollar General store is located. No business that has put swooper or feather flags out in Tucson or Pima County has ever been told anything about taking them down to my knowledge. I used to put feather and swooper flags out for years at a Storage Facility I managed and never once was hassled. You should buy a ton of giant feather or swopper flags and put them up along the wall along your parking spaces that face the main road. Maybe take the flags in at night so no one steals or damages them and put them out every morning. They for sure will boost your business and individuals such as I will stop passing by your store location when I do not mean to. It takes me a few times going by it to find it since the wall was put up likely because the County demanded it for the not so appealing houses and mobile homes down the dirt road behind this Dollar General.”
