TECHNICIAN FAILED TO INSTALL STEM CAPS ON 3 OF 4 VALVE STEMS - CUSTOMER WONDERS IF OLD VALVE STEMS WERE REUSED (OLD TIRES HAD ALL STEM CAPS REMOVED BEFORE THE CAR WAS BROUGHT INTO THE SHOP) - CARELESS MISTAKE AND WELL BELOW FIRESTONE STANDARDS. MIKE DOMINGUEZ PS. I BUSTED TIRES FOR GOODYEAR AS A COLLEGE STUDENT.
