The Fletchers in Arizona on Van Buran has a tech named Tucker. He rocks! Incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! A real asset to the company! And the gentleman at the counter (Armaondo?) Was very professional.

Background: staff was Covid impacted and obviously exhausted. I couldn't leave the vehicle and the wait was 3 hrs. They suggested another tire shop. Thanks for honesty and helping a Firestone customer.
