Forbes Meat Company in Tucson is a whole animal butchery and restaurant specializing in custom processing. The butcher shop provides very good meat with nice fat content, thick cuts, and extremely fair prices, considered the best butcher shop in Tucson. The restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with immaculate food. Dishes praised include unbelievably great ribeye, tenderloin, and halibut, along with excellent oysters, Brussels sprouts, carrots, tartare coins, and an amazing steak sandwich. The service is very friendly and fantabulous, with staff described as beyond knowledgeable and going the extra mile. The ambiance is excellent, though the space is fairly small and can get full. It is considered definitely worth the price.
Forbes has replaced Vivaces. I am thinking about buying house across the street. Food was excellent.

I sat at the bar. Kath and Kila were making art in a way I never seen before. Good team. The drinks are great. Food is outstanding good. Reservation is not requires but encourage. I will definitely visit again. Enjoyed it.

The food was great but the women of that restaurant were rock stars! We were dining during that crazy storm yesterday, and water started coming in from under the back door towards our table. All the ladies jumped into action to take care of it immediately. Shout out to the ladies that worked on 8/27 around 6pm
