Yesterday I went to my local Harbor Frt but spent 30 min trying to find something. I was told separately to find it in 3 different aisles. Never found it. Smells like fresh Chinese plastic, most of the products are disposable junk. But if you need a tool for a job, not necessarily your job, they've got you covered.
