“It's great to have a general store out here in the desert. Has a freezer section with chicken, meats, and other treats. Fresh produce, bags of ice, canned and dried foods and various essentials.
I did buy moldy tortillas so make sure the products are good before taking them home with you”

“Simply put, you are crazy if you buy power tools from a big box store. Precision Tool is infinitely more knowledgeable, eager to help, proactive and professional. With on-site repairs and service, they understand what they sell inside out. When they have sales they are frequently also cheaper. On top of all that, they're a hoot! The Tool Ladies have sold us new tools and repaired old, and every single time we've left wishing we had an extra million bucks lying around to give them. Thanks Precision Tool!”

“I shopped Mark's Ace Hardware on Ina exclusively...until he opened this one. Almost in my backyard! I wanted to give a 'shout out' to a man, I believe named Jesus, who made a key for me. The key was bent at 90 degrees and he was able to straighten it out in order to make a new key. He very CAREFULLY used a vise to straighten it out. My experience is that most people would not be conscientious enough to care if the key broke. JOB WELL DONE!
EDITTED: May 2026 - Went to Mark's ACE HARDWARE once again to have keys made. Was greeted as I walked through the door by a cheerful young lady, Aurora. That set the tone for the trip to the store. Then was greeted by Jesus (See review above) which reminded me of the olden days when store employees got to know there customers! I had an added treat by meeting Lane, who showed great energy in getting my keys made quickly, and demonstrated professionalism beyond his age.
Good job, Mark, in hiring these types of people.”

“I wish I could make two separate reviews, my 5 ⭐ rating is because the amazing employees Chuck, Arcelo, Alex, and Robert. They have been an amazing help, from making brake adjustments for my walker to recommending products for temporary fixes. I wish I could see them again unfortunately due to the manager I cannot, so I want to wish Chuck, Arcelo, Alex and Robert a happy 4th of July and a happy disability pride month.As a person with multiple physical disabilities you all have always have treated me with the utmost respect, dignity patience and never treated me like I was a burden.
The manager on the other hand deserves <0⭐, I come in about once a week or biweekly to get my brakes adjusted greeted with open arms, however when I went into the store today the manager claimed I came in everyday to have my walker adjusted and trespassed me from the store, regretfully I legally cannot return. As for the manager I can only wish you are never in the same position as me.”
“The staff is very helpful and actually cares. They go out of their way to help you problem solve. I brought parts that did not match their exact parts on the shelf, but the staff helped me figure equivalent parts the store had in their shelves.”
“ICA has been wonderful every time I have had to utilize their services. I have bought numerous prodcuts for my concrete floors and back patio. I used their stain on the back patio and it came out amazing.
I used their super sealer on my concrete floors and the pavers on the back patio. I did not have any idea what i was doing but the staff at ICA made sure my questions were answered and i was comfortable using their products.
I did not know which color stain I wanted to use on the back patio and since you only get one shot at the chemical stain process I needed to be sure. ICA threw in a few samples to use on the corners of my patio to try. Long story short ICA was amazing to work with and the staff made me feel like a VIP.”

Plus 10% off.If you buy one of their shirts and where it in every time you get parts or just don't ever take it off!! and then you won't have to remember! And once in a while , they'll accuse you of stealing , but it's okay , cause it's not true , they're just dedicated to their jobs , I think !!!”

“This morning I purchased a replacement door shelf part for my Frigidaire refrigerator. As luck would have it the parts manual seems to have a typo and the part numbers for the top and bottom shelf are transposed. Due to no fault of his own the sales assosciate gave me the part for the top shelf when I needed the part for the bottom shelf. When I got home I was very disappointed that the part did not fit.
I called the store and Olga, the manager, worked with me to figure out what the issue was. She called ahead to the store at Broadway and Kolb. When I arrived, the part was waiting for me and without even having to wait in line the store clerk exchanged the parts and I was out the door 15 seconds later. My card had already been credited for the difference in price. This transaction could not have been easier.
Now I can use the bottom shelf in my refridgerator door again! Thank you Olga!”

“We have used Krausch for 4 separate custom door projects on our home and they exceed our expectations every time. On this 4th project, which seemed relatively simple at the beginning, turned into multiple trips to install the door because our doorframe was not perfectly plumb and level. Krausch - specifically, Bill (the manager) and Tony (the installer) - were incredibly patient and understanding throughout this entire project, until it was completed. They even expedited the final step because we are hosting a large function at our home tomorrow. We strongly recommend Krausch to our friends!”
