We found him to be patient, very knowledgeable, offered several solutions for our problem, imaginative, resourceful, made a phone call to their Ft. Lowell location looking for an alternative that might fit our need. The store has a little bit of everything you would need for your landscaping job. They know the meaning of service like the good old days, a lost art. We will definitely go back.”

“My husband recently purchased a 26 gal Fortress compressor. It’s a very nice upright unit but when he tried to utilize it, didn’t work. He called customer support. We were advised to return the compressor for a replacement. We returned it to the North Tucson location. The whole process was seamless. Upon entering the store, Richard H. greeted us & asked how he could help. He’s an amazing representative for Harbor Freight. There was another HF employee but I don’t have her name. She helped during the process also. Fabulous customer service! I highly recommend this location & greatly appreciate the assistance we received!”

“I first want to acknowledge that the manager did try to help me to the best of his abilities, but even then I was approached which caused me to panic and abandon part of my purpose for being there so that i could leave as quickly as possible before breaking into tears. My complaint is more to do with the company and less to do with the employees because I know they are simply doing their jobs.I am a VERY anxious person and the employees constantly trying to talk to me while I search for what I need makes me incredibly uncomfortable. I love Ace but the thought of being asked by every employee in the store if “I need help with something” makes me panic. I’ve sat outside the store crying at the thought of these interactions, and I’ve even abandoned entire carts/baskets after feeling stalked around the store. I understand it’s a policy to interact with guests, and I do not blame the employees what so ever for my discomfort. I know I’m the outlier in this complaint but I’m not sure how to navigate the store without great distress being brought upon myself because I couldn’t be left alone to do my shopping. I really wish I could enjoy my time in this store without feeling like my journey is an incredibly negative and taxing experience. Not everyone wants to be interacted with whenever they need to get errands done, and assuming they do is ignorant and overlooking those of us who need to function in this world while having debilitating anxiety(or any other issue) feels isolating to say the least.Again, props to the manager for trying to help after I called crying with my concerns.”

“Needed a refilled cylinder for my CO2 tank that I use for my airbrushes. Took my empty one in and was back out with a full one in under 10 minutes. Pleasent people and great to deal with. Usually I like to get aluminum tanks as they are lighter but they didn't have any available so got a steel one. He was apologizing the whole time for not having an aluminum one even though it isn't that big of a deal since it justs sits in one place until empty. I like that kind of personalized service. I'll be back next time I run empty.”
