Incredibly different rental had to run around to several different places to try to pick up a car. I'm done with Hertz.

this company is a nightmare Brandon at the speedway location was extremely rude and smells horrible, clearly does not showerthis location is severely understaffed, it took an hour to drop my car offUpdate:These people charged me 300$ after they gave me a car that got a flat tire after 2 days and also gave me a car who’s battery was dead after one day of usage… I only used this service because the insurance of the person who hit my car (State Farm) uses this companyAbsolutely outrageous and the customer service on the phone and in person could not have been worseLiterally these people will scam you at every given opportunity,NEVER USE HERTZThey didn’t even give me a bill afterwards or tell me that I would be charged this in person ….Just charged my credit card a day laterTruly a shady scummy operationThey even charged me a gas fee for the car that got a flat tire…. How was I supposed to fill up the gas for a car that got a flat tire and was towed because they had no spare…?Also they’re lying about forwarding this to management, they will never try to rectify this situation because they are dirty and dishonest peopleUpdate #2 Manager still has not given me a call like I was told he would after I had to show up at the office and this location has ignored 3+ calls during business hours already from me,they should not be employed.

Great experience overall, had a guaranteed vehicle, that was not immediately available. The team took the time to make things right and were able to quickly have the intended vehicle available within an hour after my pickup time. Thank you!

Had rental provided by Chevy dealership while car is being repaired. Hertz Saturday hours are 9-12. Arrived at Hertz on speedway in Tucson at 1100 am with a confirmed reservation and was closed up, no one there! Two other customers also flabbergasted that Hertz employees left early for the day.

This Hertz has the worst customer service team ever. I cancelled a rental after the car was literally falling apart the side wall in their Tesla was coming off. The customer service rep said that's how Teslas are. There was a huge loogie on the driver wall the amount of dirt in this car was obscene. I waited a week for the rental amount to fall off as pending. Instead the amount went through as a charge. I come in and I am told they have no way of pulling up the record without the reservation number. They give me the billing number so now I have to sit on hold who knows if I just made a $400 donation to Hertz. Truthfully, never been in here without an issue. If you can use a different rental company do it.

The worst customer service, we had a car reservation, and by time we went to pick up the car the manager Andy said they didn’t have any car available for us. We did a 3 hrs drive for nothing. They don’t care abut customer service at all. Don’t waste our time with this company.

The service was good fast and what was expected. Reading some of the other reviews I knew to bring stuff to wipe down the car before getting in it. The car had no issues and was pleasant to drive. Made sure to record a video of the condition of the vehicle at pickup and drop-off to protect myself; would recommend anyone renting there to do the same. Might protect you from any issues.

Drove 45 minutes to pickup the reserved car, I presented multiple credit cards and the system kept rejecting. All for nothing, not very helpful or recommended to use this location.

Didn't have the right car we reserved (reserved class only) but luckily they had a super nice alternative.Staff was unhelpful.and slightly condescending at kiosk for pickup. phone customer service was horrible to even answer simple questions. I wanted to pick up an hour early but they said it would be a charge, so I asked what was soonest time to pick up and they said 30 minutes maybe but then said I need to come an hour early because of airport wait times but then I reminded them they wanted to charge me. That is on a record, I swear, that was literally the conversation. No call through service only to overseas.

I reserved Nissan rogue or similar but they gave me Hyundai venue that is so small and tight room and finally I had to discontinue my contract and drop the the car after couple of days they don’t care about customer service

Was told I was given a complimentary upgrade the day of pickup. The van wasn't an upgrade from the pathfinder. Nor was it an upgrade with the disgusting interior of the van. Had to clean it myself. Could easily tell no one wants to work there.

I arrived to pickup my car just to be told that it wasn't available. When I asked how come it allowed me to place a reservation I was simply told that it's because the current users of the car extended their reservation. No offers to resolve the issue, no other suggestions, not even an apology or a thread of empathy. Avoid this location if you can.
