Needs better staffing. Someone to cover the phones while the two guys help customers. All you get is put on hold , then a busy signal, then a disconnect.
The 2 guys do a decent job.

The staff was very thorough in explaining the policies and payment protocols and they have a great selection of cars. Plus they were very patient waiting for me to get off the phone with my banks fraud department, when they blocked my purchase.
