They stand behind their work with outstanding and awesome customer service. The technicians work hard to diagnose and repair even difficult problems, restoring clean sound and bringing life to old equipment. They provide honest advice on repairs. Prices for both service and components for sale are very reasonable and fair. The shop offers a 90-day return policy on components. Customers are highly recommended to shop local here first before purchasing from online retailers, as the pros at Hi-Fi Workshop can reliably fix what others cannot. Many express being very pleased and grateful, becoming true customers after one visit.

Outstanding service for a fair price! John has my Yamaha CR-800 singing like new. My only regret is that I didn't bring it in sooner! Thanks guys

Very pleased with their work. Fixed up my PS III phono preamp and cleaned the linear preamp switches and contacts. Clean sound restored.Also, they had to work hard to find the shorting IC amps in my Yamaha C60 preamp. So, kudos to the techs and owner.
