“Joe is a consummate professional who maintains open lines communication and performs excellent work! Brought in a couple of controllers, each with their own little hiccup; Joe went above and beyond servicing the requested fixes but also with additional diagnostics to make sure everything else was working too. Not that I need more issues with my electronics, but next time I do, I know I can look forward to being in Joe's capable hands!”

“I walked into a wild time at batteries plus. Line out the door, manager helping an elderly gentleman put a curious amount of batteries into his truck, someone in the back taking a certification exam, and one guy at the counter expertly navigating an understanding crowd. By the time it was my turn for my appointment, Chyenne was not only able to tell me what was wrong with my battery and alert me of my potential explosion hazard, when they didn't have the replacement I needed, she called 3 other stores in town to find me a place to go, then PRINTED instructions for me to make sure I got there. I just moved here and know where nothing is. The kindness and professionalism really were above and beyond today. Got the new battery! Thank you again ❤”
