“We were at the hotel for a convention. Didn't stay at the hotel but my wife and I ate at the Saguaro Grill inside the hotel. Food was good. Service was quick. Solana & April did a great job taking our order and making sure we had everything we needed. Great service!”

“Had drinks at the cantina with friends. Good prices at happy hour. Don't know where else in Tucson you can get $4 drafts. Very scenic on the patio. Took a star away as there appears to be no table service.

“The Inn is a beautiful property, the exterior landscaping is carefully maintained. Lots and lots of parking makes it convenient. The main building has historical furniture. Our guest room was simple and very clean; you have to provide your personal password for streaming channels.
The food was 5 stars, a crisp Caesar with freshly made dressing and perfectly prepared filets , exactly cooked to medium. Breakfast was outstanding.”
“This is a very nice property. We upgraded to a suite for $7 a night so we did and we were glad we did. It had a nice 2nd room with a couch, coffee tables, TV etc. Very nice. Front desk folks were great. Food & snacks were typical, they could be better. The check in I did on the app, very easy & nice. Small check in desk I'm guessing as most people use the app. Large area of snacks to purchase. Again very friendly staff. The foyer area had excellent seating to use. It was all decorated for Christmas, again very nice. The only negative in the whole property was I had to pay to use the washer and pay to use the dryer. I had to download an app and prepay to use appliances & the options of money to download/prepay was way more than I needed and there's no way to get that money back! Kinda felt ripped off :( Hampton, please fix this. If I can pay extra to upgrade to a suite, you can throw in free loads of laundry.”

“Beautiful place to stay! The floors were a bit dirty, but I doubt i would have noticed if I didn't have a baby crawling around. The bed was so comfortable! I loved the bedding too. Staff was very pleasant and the grounds were stunning.”

“I absolutely love this hotel for the Cup Cafe, Tiger's taproom, and the outdoor patio. The rooms are really cute and decked out in the vintage style, BUT beware if you stay at the hotel on a night when the club is hopping or you might not be able to sleep due to the loud music... If you plan to sleep anyways. This place is a gem!!!”

“handle on the toilet was missing when we walked into the room but kayleigh (sorry if I misspelled it) helped us switch to a new room right away and just down the hall so it wasn’t a hassle moving our stuff. guest laundry was also very convenient and the rooms were overall nice and clean. i’m not a big breakfast eater but my parents really enjoyed it especially the waffle makers. we probably won’t be back any time soon but if we are we’d gladly stay here again. one of the best stops we had along our cross country road trip”

“We traveled from another time zone (Lordsburg NM to Tucson during DST is Mountain to Pacific because Arizona doesn't change). So we arrived early, 1:45, and were able to check in early. Tiffany at the front desk was awesome. 20 minutes after we unloaded the van, it poured down rain. Our suite was very clean. Full size fridge with decent sized sink, two burner stove top and a dishwasher! The suite has a small couch, recliner, dining chair and a desk chair. The desk space was large and could serve as eating space as well. The beds were comfy and the bathroom spacious. Even though we were only there for one night, it was restful and quiet. Will stay again when we are in the area.”

“Toni is a fantastic Host! So kind and always out working on something. I couldn't be more thankful for her accommodating me last minute while my van was in the shop. This space offers free laundry, showers, fresh eggs, and coffee in the morning. With a nice patio to lounge on during the day/ drink you coffee. Or a clubhouse inside where I've seen people working quietly. Plus a kitchen inside or grill outside if you need. Love the vibe of the place! Would absolutely stay again!Thanks Again El Pais!”

“A crazy retro motel / hotel that has been nicely updated. Sitting right next to the interstate seems a bit ominous, but if you didn't know, you wouldn't know. Breakfast was tasty and filling, the staff was great and friendly and the overall vibe was way cool! Definitely a place, we would stay again while in Tucson.”

The room was very clean and adequate.
The service however, was absolutely outstanding!!! Everybody seemed to go out of their way in hospitality especially Stacy at the front desk.
Zoe and Vanessa helped my brother and I get checked in they were also very helpful and super kind.
Got to see some F-16‘s doing some flying formations in the morning as well”

“TheEmbassy Suites delivered a standout experience overall. The spacious rooms, impressive amenities, and genuinely warm hospitality made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast service, in particular, was exceptional—easily the best I’ve encountered anywhere in the U.S.—and the staff consistently went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
However, the one area that consistently fell short was housekeeping. Over the course of a month-long stay, my room was never properly cleaned, even on days designated for thorough service. It was a noticeable gap in an otherwise well-managed property.
Despite that, the overall quality and comfort of the hotel make it a place I’d gladly return to. With improved consistency in housekeeping, it would be hard to beat. rooms location”

“The friendliest,and very competent staff. Wonderful grounds,beautiful rooms,centrally located with the superb restaurant Cielos on the grounds. One year later I am changing my 5 star review. The rooms are very clean except the last 3 times that I have stayed there are a disturbing amount of cobwebs all over the ceilings. Also, corporate GREED? The FREE breakfast is now $16.99 plus tax then add tip! If they had to start charging should not have been more than $11.00 or $12.00 for Hotel Guests.The Blue Willow, Locale. Panera ,Ghinis Cafe and numerous other breakfast options all over. And less expensive. The delicious potatoes on the buffet have been replaced with fried cubed potatoes that are generic everywhere. The morning waitstaff now have half the customers because people are going elsewhere for breakfast, so they don't earn the tips that they are used to from what I could observe. I bet anything that they did not get a decent raise. Very disapointed that the corporate takeover eliminated the HUGE perk of a free breakfast. Other HOTELS have not chosen to disappoint their guests!”

The rooms are VERY spacious.
Its only 10 minute walk from the Tucson Airport
The staff is INCREDIBLY kind. I called twice before arrival and spoke with Kayleigh and she was also the person who checked me in. If all hotels had someone like her, they would be incredibly lucky. She was so kind, attentive, took care of any requests and everything with a gentle and professional manner.
The breakfast was good.
The room was VERY clean.
For the Gem Show, they even offered complementary rides to 3 of the top shows and pick up from there as well.
I couldn't have been happier with this hotel and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! Very comfortable stay!”

“I went to Flemings on Mother's Day with my wife and daughter. While it was busy, I had a reservation, so we were seated pretty quickly. Our server's name was Matt, and he did an amazing job attending to our needs and taking care of us. The seafood tower was awesome as usual and hit the spot. We didn't order any other appetizers because we knew we would not be able to eat much of our food as we would be too full. When our food arrived, it was hot, fresh, and very good quality. I ordered the Tomahawk, and while it was a little undercooked, the flavor was tremendous. It was once that when I reheated the leftovers the next day on the microwave, they were still perfect and not dried out like at other places. My wife had the NY Strip Oscar style, and it was perfect. My daughter ordered the Ribeye and she was very happy. The creamed spinach and mashed potatoes paired very well with our food. I would and will recommend them to others and I continue to come back for good food. I cant afford to come back as often as I would like to but I think that makes the experience that much better.”

“Hospitality was top tier! Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, although the carpet in my room definitely needed cleaning. The kitchen was a little awkward as the refrigerator and microwave were wedged against each other and opening them was a little awkward. Parking gets tight at night - mostly due to vehicles with trailers occupying multiple spaces. I used the gym twice during my stay and found it to be very decent. Modern equipment, clean, and fairly comprehensive. They provided towels and cleaning supplies which was a nice touch. The property was quiet, I was never disturbed by another guest, but I had a third floor suite, so that helped. I would imagine on the first floor there would be more noise due to the layout of the hotel (windows and doors all face either the parking lot or the pool.) only thing that could be better is coffee machines that either accept kcups or grounds. I drove down the road to Starbucks each morning. Location is EXCELLENT! Hotel is close to everything. Hotel is well staffed! Room was attended every day by housekeeping. Groundskeepers could be seen everywhere maintaining the entire property. Overall very happy with my stay.”
