The process to upgrade our phones was a little lengthy because we had a lot of data on our phones, but she stuck with us every step of the way. She wasn’t afraid to ask for help from a coworker for a security issue on my phone that caused a bit of delay, which showed that she really cared about our time. Even better was her humor throughout the process which made the whole experience that much better.

I went in to look in 2 new iPhones I currently have gotten the iPhone 16 form Verizon whasn likeing the way the bill was resprenting itself so I heard t mobile had good offers on new phones unfortunately Verizon was able to get us into the i16 no cost out of pocket and in end would have gotten lesser phones pay money out of pocket to leave with phones and the end bill would have been relatively similar”

“What a day!!! The battery in my phone totally died. Besides no phone, texts or emails; I had 3 voice mails that I had saved from my husband. He passed in 2019, but I am still able to hear his voice. I was kinda having a bit of a meltdown (which I don’t usually do).
Luckily for me, Armando was next up to bat when I walked in the door✅. He was so reassuring that he was going to do everything he could to retrieve those voice mails. He was so persistent & he didn’t give up!! And by gosh HE DID it!! The voice mails were saved.
