Today I visited a T-Mobile store for the second time, and I came away even more convinced that I'd made the right decision. I was having trouble wiping the phone I'd traded for the 17 Pro: the demonic 16E. I needed expert assistance. Enter: Jassy. It's a good thing this friendly and super-competent young woman loves a challenge, because the demonic phone tried its best to thwart her. “What a day!!! The battery in my phone totally died. Besides no phone, texts or emails; I had 3 voice mails that I had saved from my husband. He passed in 2019, but I am still able to hear his voice. I was kinda having a bit of a meltdown (which I don’t usually do).
Luckily for me, Armando was next up to bat when I walked in the door✅. He was so reassuring that he was going to do everything he could to retrieve those voice mails. He was so persistent & he didn’t give up!! And by gosh HE DID it!! The voice mails were saved.
