Worst experience I have ever had. It has been 5 months and the phone I traded in for credit still has not reached the warehouse. I have made 5 trips to the store and each time they tell me I need to call T Mobile. TMobile tells me it is a store issue.

The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire return process. I had a question about my account and other products and Juan Perez responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience was outstanding!

I just have to say customer service here is amazing. We recently switched from AT&T to Tmobile and I did most of the leg work online. I dropped into the store and Juan and his colleague beyond helpful and kind. This is the major reason we switched to Tmobile. Keep up the good work.
