Two stylists, Kasey and Chelcie, were specifically praised for their excellent work. Kasey did a fantastic job on a walk-in client's hair, making it exactly as the client wanted. She is described as an awesome hairdresser and natural at her craft. Chelcie is also noted as a great stylist who is upfront about costs and explains everything thoroughly. The salon had a short wait time and clients were pleased with the services they received, stating they would return.
Went to JC Penney salon for the 2nd time I had Alicia do hi lites and root touch up, she listened and did exactly what I had asked for, I am so happy! Thank you Alicia I will definitely be back
