First floor was decked out with plenty of women's clothes. But we were here for Men clothes. When headed upstairs we found that the second floor was looking very empty. Don't know if they are getting things ready for the winter or if they are preparing to close their store.

Customer Service from 3 different employees was great. 2 managers Joey, and woman (i forget her name) were very helpful I had trouble with a check I was using from a separate buisness, the managers made sure it worked properly. And converted it into a gift card, before I wasted another 4 hours shopping to be declined(like weeks before) 1 cashier Laney, was my favorite to work with. She was so patient and friendly. I had to stay with in a budget of 500, I was back and forth price checking and removing items from huge pile. And having to rescann the same coupon after each new total. (My order came close to 1000 prior to coupons) so she was a trooper. She didn't seem to feel pressured from the line behind me, she was able to multitask by helping fellow associates, and just really pleasant to be helped by. I hope this reaches her managers and she is recognized. I did my online survey but couldn't find how to leave cashier Laney a review .I gave 4 stars ,only because the store was a little messy and low stocked, which may have been because it was a Friday night. And the variety in the girls department was limited , but that could be because of seasonal changes plus everyone still back to school shopping.

I've been here only three times. Every time I've been here it's smelled like someone's farts after eating beans. If you value your life in any way, avoid this place at all costs.

I had a great time finding all kinds of cute clothes and for an excellent price!I had the best customer service with Gabriel while checking me out. It was busy but she was very attentive to me and others waiting. A kind face and beautiful smile make my shopping experience very pleasant ?

I normally love coming here, but yesterday wasn't such a great time. The lady who rang me up called two different people on her cell phone while I was trying to check out, and REFUSED to use my e-gift card. She claimed they had just gotten new systems that don't take it.. It's the exact same system that was there a week ago, but sure. Found her incredibly lazy and rude. FYI, the official site says you can redeem e-gift cards in-store. Again, I usually have a great time finding nice clothing and the employees are nice. But this lady was not. Was there 7/15 at about 6:20PM.

I love Penney’s, but I’m sneaking into the fitting rooms! The only reason I don’t buy more clothes on Amazon is because I want to try them on. Open some fitting rooms already! Covid is mostly past and it seems your getting lazy with no fitting rooms and lines like Marshall’s! Don’t lower yourself to Marshalls. That’s a step above the Salvy! Come on Penney’s, don’t let us down!

I love shopping here, but It wouldnt let me redeem my points a day before they expired, and then I called them and all I got was a "I'm sorry, nothing we can do about it". Now it is past the original expiration date, and they tell me they can't help me because it is past the original exp. Date. I use my JCPenney credit card to earn and use my points, but know I feel they are very unreliable.I would love for somebody to reach out to me about this issue that has the power to help.Update, I called the number and got my points reinstated. They were quick to fix the errors the software caused, that is 5 star service

I love buying clothes here for really good prices. I was so glad to finally find some boots I've been trying to find here and for such a good price. They always have what I'm looking for. Only flaw here at this location is their checkout line is always really slow. But other than that it's a great store to shop at.

Absolutely horrible experience. I waited over an hour after making an appointment. And the session took barely over 30 minutes. I showed the photographer Jessica rose what I wanted to do and that was not what I got at all. The photos came out horrible after spending near 200 dollars for them. I wanted something cute for Mother’s Day with my daughter and I and got maybe 1 out of 25 pictures that look decent. The only one I liked were ones of our hands. No direction or feedback from photographer even after asking if the pictures turned good while shooting. Super disappointed and should’ve gone somewhere else. Thanks a lot for such horrible pictures with a hefty price tag :(

First off there was a young employee (Leslie) who was cleaning the dressing room area, while my son was still using one, which I thought was absolutely inappropriate and disrespectful of her, as he is still a minor, she also did not have a name tag on and the only way I was able to identify her was after I heard an employee say her name, I then told an employee (Rylie) about it, who told me “sorry about that but there’s not really anything we can do about that, she was just cleaning and doing her job” and was ready to just walk away, I then asked her if she could or if she could find someone to help me find a specific product, she told me another employee (Dilma) could help me, (Dilma) came right near me but instead went to help the other family standing right next to me, I then had to deal with a very rude cashier when I went to pay (Jackie) who screamed in my face after I was trying to use a coupon, she then called the employee (Dilma), who just so happens to be a manager at this specific store, (Dilma) then did the exact same thing as (Jackie) did (screamed in my face and refused to help me), I still paid for everything but left in a very bad mood, I believe these 4 employees - (Dilma, Jackie, Rylie and Leslie) should all be fired for their actions.

Staff was helpful when I was trying to find the elevator. Was much happier with the prices there and deals than Dillards.
