Kingan Gardens is a wedding and event venue located near downtown within the historical Kingan Building. It features a beautiful garden area, a nineteenth-century carriage house, and is described as a secret garden downtown. The venue provides a magical, gorgeous, and absolutely perfect setting, especially once dark when beautifully decorated with lights, plants, and trees. It offers a unique boutique experience without the high cost, noted as very fair and affordable. The facilities are more than adequate, feeling spacious even for around 150-156 guests. The space is easy to navigate and includes areas for a hosted bar, catered dinner, dancing, and the cake. Specific features include a special carriage house for the bridal party to get dressed, decorated with vintage relics, a separate groom's dressing room, a grassy area under trees, and a perfect dance floor that maintains intimacy. The staff and coordinators are fantastic, efficient, discreet, kind, warm, and make planning relaxed and easy, handling everything so well on the day. Some considerations include noticeable street noise and chirping birds during ceremonies, which can make it difficult to hear even with microphones, though this lessens during the reception. The venue has no handicap parking. Amenities like misters and fans are provided on hot days, with comfortable seating areas designated for elderly guests. The natural grounds, often in bloom, save significantly on flowers and decor. Overall, it is strongly recommended as an outstanding, magical, and wonderful place for a wedding or any event, creating a day to remember.
it feels like a fairy tale when you are inside of the kingan gardens- they really thought of everything !

I went to a wedding here and the quaint venue was absolutely beautiful. I loved the landscaping within the courtyard and the historical architecture of the building itself. I don't know what it cost to use the venue, but aesthetically, it was very nice. Due to an ordinance, they have to turn the music off at 1100 PM.
