The staff is super friendly, helpful, professional, kind, and efficient. They show patients a fast and easy way to use the check-in kiosk and provide assistance if needed. The phlebotomists are very good, making the lab draw quick and painless. Patients report being in and out within 15 minutes. Results are available in the online patient portal. A common note is that the waiting room can be very cold, so bringing a sweater is recommended.
I like this location and the staff is very considerate. I do just come by myself usually. It seems to help lessen any confusion, especially if they’re very busy.

The check-in staff were so helpful, they showed me a fast and easy way to use the kiosk. And on top of that the phlebotomist was very good, barely felt a stick! Kudos! ?❤️
