“I don't send an awful lot of UPS packages and mainly used them for Amazon returns. They were always super nice and helpful. They even have a self service machine you can use to print out the return labels and drop the packages into if there's a long line, as there often is. Love that self serve thing.”

“I was in the UPS store getting something notarized, when I noticed they sell stamps. I asked if they charge the same amount for a book of stamps as the post office. The person helping me said yes, so I bought 2 books. After I used them, I realized they charged me $20 for a book of stamps the post office sells for $15.60. I would not have bought them if the sales person had given me the correct information. I posted a review on Google and the store immediately reached out to me. They made it right by refunding the difference. I very much appreciate the great response to an employee's error.”
“One of the only places in Tucson that meets and exceeds expectations! As the name suggests, this is a mailbox of the United States Postal Service variety. Service was fast, friendly, and affordable. If you're only going to be in town for a short while, you absolutely must check this place out!”

“I went in with a confusing situation over a baseball bat I just purchased but can’t get anyone to know how to exactly get what was needed a QR vice from where I purchase item which was AMAZON!!!! I allowed him to speak as me and we came to same little stupid road block. Amazon was pulling u wrong bat’s information!!! He just overly listened to me and trusted in me that I’m so impressed with him and the store I want to apply to work there. Only that store. Many of the low ratings here are unfair - it is really not that difficult to read the return instructions and pack your returns in a box before entering the store ;-)”
