Overall, this place is great and has provided excellent service to many customers for years, with some relying on it for twenty years or for a mailbox for almost five years. The staff is generally described as professional, friendly, very very helpful, willing to assist, patient, courteous, and efficient. They are known to go out of their way to help, even assisting customers at their car. They possess excellent skill for packing and handle tasks like Amazon returns and shipping with care. The store is surrounded by retirees who use it frequently. There was one experience where a staff member was frazzled, not friendly, and confused when asked to ship an item, which was attributed to being overwhelmed with new workers. However, the predominant sentiment is highly positive, with customers calling it a great business and stating they love and rely on this store.
