“I visited this UPS Store for printing services and asked to use the restroom. I was directed to McDonald’s or Safeway instead. It felt strange to be sent to businesses where I wasn’t shopping while the business I was paying couldn’t accommodate me.
The response felt out of touch. Using the restroom is a basic human need—we don’t ask simply for the sake of asking. I understand there may be restrictions, but being sent elsewhere still left me feeling unwelcome as a paying customer.
Other than this, the staff have been really helpful and nice, and I appreciate their assistance with my printing needs. I’m leaving five stars because I don’t want this one disappointment to hurt the business or overshadow the good service they’ve provided. My hope is that this feedback encourages a little more consideration and makes my next experience better.”

“This location is Fantastic 😍. There was a small line when I was pulling in to park, by the time I got in there, the line was gone. Dropping off my little item for an Amazon, (Jungle Web Store), was as easy as scanning my QR Box and giving me the receipt 🧾, And I was done. “I have a problem with A UPS package delivery involving an extra carrier, the USPS. Could not get anywhere with the USPS, an absolute useless maze that eventually hung up on me twice. Took a chance calling The UPS Store on Broadway and Pantano Rd. Spoke with a Representative named ARRIANNE. She went above and beyond attempting to assist me. She was knowledgeable and a great listener as I relayed the information I knew. While the package is still not delivered yet, together we surmised that more than likely it will be delivered tomorrow although USPS says it was delivered! They are not reliable anymore! What is obvious though is UPS can be trusted especially if they have more people like ARRIANNE working for them! Customer Service is sometimes more important to me than anything else and her's was exemplary! Thank you ARRIANNE!”
“I always use this UPS store - even though two others are closer to my home and office - for these reasons:
1. The store has an automatic door, which makes it so much easier to deal with large or multiple packages.
2. This store is open on Sunday.
3. The store is large, bright, and airy, the opposite of so many of the smaller, crowded UPS facilities. It also is spotlessly clean.
4. The staff always has been thoughtful, courteous, and helpful.”
“My experience with Jesus at the UPS on Houghton in Tucson was outstanding! Not only was he pleasant and professional but my multiple packages to the east coast were extremely well packaged and undamaged!
I was highly anxious about sending some items through a mail service but he reassured me that he would package them with care.
