“The location at golf links and kolb is WONDERFUL. I am a small artist that's mailed various art pieces around the country. As one would assume, art is fragile and can easily get damaged in transit. Every customer I have remarks how well things are packaged, and my art arrives pristine. My latest art piece went clear across the country to New Jersey, and my customers exact words were "I have never seen something packaged so well, this is much appreciated." I'd also like to add this was my first time mailing a delicate watercolor in a glass frame. If you're an artist and you're concerned about mailing art, USE THIS LOCATION.”

“I have been using the facility for 3 years. I lived in Flagstaff part of that time. Every time I called down to this facility and ask to have my mail forwarded, they were always cool and accommodating. They have never been rude and always great you when you come in. I have used the to return Amazon packages idk how many times. I drive 15 min highway just to get my mail from here while another facility is closed. What gives me peace of mind is they respond to every comment on here to address issues. They don’t have to but they care.”
