If I need to know if I have a specific item in my box they are happy to check when I call. Nothing to complain about and that is rare anywhere these days.”

“I was in the UPS store getting something notarized, when I noticed they sell stamps. I asked if they charge the same amount for a book of stamps as the post office. The person helping me said yes, so I bought 2 books. After I used them, I realized they charged me $20 for a book of stamps the post office sells for $15.60. I would not have bought them if the sales person had given me the correct information. I posted a review on Google and the store immediately reached out to me. They made it right by refunding the difference. I very much appreciate the great response to an employee's error.”

“I write reviews when I’m very impressed or not impressed at all. Today, my experience at a small UPS store located at 6336 N Oracle Rd, STE 326, Tucson, AZ, was delightful. I wanted to break out chips and beer, pull up a chair and hang out for awhile.
Although I only needed a dozen hard copies of an email attachment, the price for black and white was only a quarter per page and a $2 download fee. Great! Something in this world is still reasonably priced.
I watched a woman come in with her tax return, on multiple sized paged, and have it faxed out. She was in and out before I was.
Not only do they represent UPS with shipping and packing services, but they sell colorful boxes for gifts which are beautiful. I’d never seen those kinds of actual shipping boxes.
Anyway, the UPS store is located across the street from a great car wash and in a shopping center on the Corner of N Oracle and Orange Grove.
Kristi, the owner and her sweet, capable assistant, Amorette, are lighting fast and sharp.”

“No UPS Store in Tucson offers better service than the store at Prince and Campbell managed by Christine and Damian.. You are greeted with a genuine welcome no matter how busy they may be. You are made to feel your choice to bring your business is appreciated. I have done business with them several times and they are always more than accommodating especially if I have a particular issue with either a return or a send... Today both Christine and Damian were more than accommodating and really went out of their way to help me with my return.. I could not thank them enough for their help- it saved me time, energy and effort and I walked out a very happy lady! In a world where customer service is no longer exemplary as a general rule.... Bella is BEYOND PATIENT!!!!, professional, caring and willing to do the research to help us find the best price for what we needed—reviewing all our options clearly and finding more if those didn’t work. Bella went out of her way to copy unusual sizes for us, discuss different options for packing and shipping, do returns, and most importantly…saved us a substantial amount of money by carefully packing an envelope pack versus a box. Bella’s kindness with helping my blind Aunt try to figure things out went so far above and beyond. There’s just not enough words to say how grateful we are and how amazing she is! “I was able to get my package sent out. My rating is 4 stars because the guy helping me was having trouble spelling what was in front of him. Everyone, including him, was very friendly and willing to help. Amazon now does returns without having to wait in a long line which has greatly reduced the wait time to send packages. The store was clean and neat despite the heavy foot traffic at times.”
