“I was in the UPS store getting something notarized, when I noticed they sell stamps. I asked if they charge the same amount for a book of stamps as the post office. The person helping me said yes, so I bought 2 books. After I used them, I realized they charged me $20 for a book of stamps the post office sells for $15.60. I would not have bought them if the sales person had given me the correct information. I posted a review on Google and the store immediately reached out to me. They made it right by refunding the difference. I very much appreciate the great response to an employee's error.”
“I had a very good experience with Monica Ramirez the service advisor at DHL. I had a lot of issues with a package, finding it, getting it to me, missing a delivery not because of my doing. I went in there and she was already talking to a very upset customer, and then I myself was upset too. She did excellent ! After I left there even before I was already happy and not mad at all whatsoever, she diffused the situation for the customer in front of me and myself. just absolute excellence and I just wanna say thank you”

“I had an amazing experience with Brent and Cleo. I spent hours trying to build a box for wheels. Then I came in and Brent came out looked out the wheels and gave me the best option. Yes it was not cheap to have them box the wheels but it took the weight off my shoulders and I’m grateful for both of them.

“I write reviews when I’m very impressed or not impressed at all. Today, my experience at a small UPS store located at 6336 N Oracle Rd, STE 326, Tucson, AZ, was delightful. I wanted to break out chips and beer, pull up a chair and hang out for awhile.
Although I only needed a dozen hard copies of an email attachment, the price for black and white was only a quarter per page and a $2 download fee. Great! Something in this world is still reasonably priced.
I watched a woman come in with her tax return, on multiple sized paged, and have it faxed out. She was in and out before I was.
Not only do they represent UPS with shipping and packing services, but they sell colorful boxes for gifts which are beautiful. I’d never seen those kinds of actual shipping boxes.
Anyway, the UPS store is located across the street from a great car wash and in a shopping center on the Corner of N Oracle and Orange Grove.
Kristi, the owner and her sweet, capable assistant, Amorette, are lighting fast and sharp.”

“We were recently visiting relatives in Arizona. We did some shopping and had to ship our purchases home. Although it was not cheap to ship the staff at this location was very professional. They did an amazing job packaging our purchases. We had heavy items along with lighter ones like posters. Everything arrived in perfect condition.”
“Personnel was really nice- I had to drop something off for a closing right when they opened. It arrived on time and I even picked up a couple items from the gift shop. The gift shop had a lot of local artist items alongside the more “commercial” items.”
