“The location at golf links and kolb is WONDERFUL. I am a small artist that's mailed various art pieces around the country. As one would assume, art is fragile and can easily get damaged in transit. Every customer I have remarks how well things are packaged, and my art arrives pristine. My latest art piece went clear across the country to New Jersey, and my customers exact words were "I have never seen something packaged so well, this is much appreciated." I'd also like to add this was my first time mailing a delicate watercolor in a glass frame. If you're an artist and you're concerned about mailing art, USE THIS LOCATION.”

“Was helping a friend get their business cards printed. FedEx offered next day printing by 1 pm. We were called at 12:30 pm letting us know they were ready.Print quality was good, and they were cut uniformly. You get what you pay for at $12.50 for 100 cards and I feel the product I received was worth the price. Obviously if you want fancier cards you can pay for upgrades or use a more professional service, however they do a great job for the price.Would use them again.”

“I have always used UPS it’s just a great company you know when you see that big brown truck you know what you ordered is safe and safe at hand right to your door and I’ve always get just what I need when I need it if you sign up with ups you can get every move from the time of pick up to the time ups is at your door.And I’ve always used there pick up service they can pick up your order if you’re at home or if you just leave them out to be picked up there always on time and UPS will let you know when it’s picked up to the time it’s dropped off or delivered (you are UPS’s first priority as a customer and number one delivery service)..”

“The package required a signature, so I provided exact instructions for delivery, which the driver disregarded completely. There wasn’t even an attempted delivery, which forced me to try pick up. At first, the package was to be available by Saturday at this location, but there was a two day delay for some reason. Then once the package arrived, there were more complications. We couldn’t pick it up, even though we had IDs and everything. The reason was that the name didn’t match, but the addresses did. After emailing this location, they informed us that we could use a picture of the correct name’s ID along with one the matched the address. Not only did this location completely lie to us, they wasted a lot of time and money. We were unable to pickup after following exact instructions.I changed the rating only because the manager of this store was able to figure this all out. Matt is an angel and a savior, and I can’t thank him enough. We attempted to get the package and were denied again at first by one of the employees, but Matt stepped in and saved the day. Thank you so much Matt!!”
