“I had a very good experience this morning. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the people at the desk or drawing blood. The person at the desk was not only addressing those with appointments but also a woman who wanted to add additional blood tests. This meant contacting her doctor, getting the fax, updating her appointment. The person at the desk facilitated all of that with a smile while keeping track of those arriving. The blood draw was painless! This is not my usual lab but will return.”

“Love the kiosk , made check - in easy. The day before Thanksgiving though it might be busy, about a dozen people in the comfortable waiting area at alvernon and 5th. With doctors orders sent ahead , I arrived at 9am leaving the 2nd floor by 9:30 . A much easier process than 10 years ago. Nice people work here.

“Everyone was nice. But the waiting area was very cold. They should have a public restroom in the waiting area. If I must wait a half hour past my appointment time, I need a rest room available.”
“I read all the poor reviews and was prepared for a bad experience today, and an attitude at check in. It wasn’t phenomenal but it wasn’t bad at all. Check in girl (dark hair, turquoise glasses) was professional and business like. Not exceptionally friendly but also not rude. Phlebotomist was fine. I didn’t get her name. Another male employee smiled and thanked us as we were walking out. We were there without an appt for about 20-25 minutes in total. We were there around 1-1:30pm. I had read it’s busier before and after normal work hours for most people.The blood draw took no time at all. My son, who is very afraid of needles said it was easy and he didn’t even feel it, so that’s a win. I believe the customer isn’t always right and bad customers get bad service.”
“I am scared of needles and have had really bad experiences in the past at my doctor's office and other places I've had my blood drawn because my veins are hard to find, I guess. I have even passed out once while getting my blood drawn. But I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff is super efficient and professional. I have booked appointments before but also went today as a walk-in right when they opened, and I'm always in and out within 10 minutes.”

“I had to get my fingerprint card and I called to make an appointment and they were able to provide me multiple times that day to get my appointment. The parking was easy and the guy who gave my fingerprints was super kind and friendly and made absolute sure that the fingerprints were perfect that way I wouldn't have to redo it or they sent it back. it was easy and definitely would recommend!!!”
“I like this location and the staff is very considerate. I do just come by myself usually. It seems to help lessen any confusion, especially if they’re very busy.”
“Timely in attending- 4th year there- always professional and kind. I worked in a hospital for 10 years. People with health problems can be difficult and overly demanding. Labcorp personnel handle every patient with respect.”
“I was a walk in patient and thought I'd be waiting forever. The front desk staff was helpful and very friendly. The blood draw experience started out badly with a phlebotomist who was not able to locate veins in either arm after 3 pokes in odd places and spinning the needle around. This hasn't happened to me before so it was unsettling. She asked if I'd like to try another phlebotomist and I agreed. In walked Pedro! He was amazing! He took the time to find the best approach and soon my vials were full. He makes his office space very accommodating and peaceful with some cool easy listening music. He has an excellent and calm chair side manner. If possible request Pedro. It would be worth the wait. Thank you for turning an otherwise bad experience around.”
“I've been a couple times in the last 3 months and each time its been an easy appointment. I haven't had to wait for longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. This is a huge difference from a couple years ago. ?”
