“I an sooooo Happy leilani she went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a working phone. She was able to help me with getting me service on my iPhone using the same number that I had ported into A New Samsung A 54 5 G that locked up on me after 3 days of purchase. It is not accepting my password or anything I was using to unlock my phone. I had gone to the Cricket store on Saturday and Adrianna was not willing nor able to help me at all the way Leilani did today. “Came in here because my old phone was just that; old. Android 8.0, crack in the screen, low ram/storage for these days. Typically, I just buy a good used/activated phone and put in my Sim card. However, the company work for offered a stipen to upgrade my phone, so I took advantage. Manual helped me get a phone that met the requirements for the stipen, A galaxy S21. Manny was quite helpful and patient with finding a qualifying device. Best of all....I got a duck!!”
“In response to the service rendered to my family and I by Abril; This message is for Omar's (supervisor) awareness. In recent time, our contract with our old carrier was coming to an end. As such, we began seeking services through other carriers. This being a family decision we sought to address all of the concerns specific to every family members within my plan. Sale's representatives at some locations spoke solely to my wife and I, while others appeared to speak only to my children (teens).
Abril is one of the most multifaceted individuals I have ever met. When engaged in conversation with my my children she was able to present information on phones that met their demands while keeping true to a vernacular that sounded slightly alien to me. However, when she engaged my wife and I she would omit that verbiage from her speech pattern and began entertaining variable of our purchase that are important to us, such as cost and safety settings. Additionaly, she to would speak to us in a very respective tone and in a vernacular more suited to my age.
Abril found my children phones that helped them with what they wanted in their new phones, while also addressing my concerns.
Being told what I want is what I received at every other location. Abril did not do that, but rather listened to all of my family members and I.”
“I had horrible experience at another store, I had just bought a phone. I went to this location and a gentleman (Wero) provided Excellent Customer Service and did what the other store said was impossible. He set my phone up & got it working. I went back to purchase a Case, a young man Carlos helped me to get a new case. The other store had messed that up also. Great Customer Service and know what they're doing. Thank you. I have to agree with Sunny Day. I hope the Mgr. at this location appreciates both of them.”
“TOP NOTCH CELL PHONE SALES & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION EXPERTS!I must admit I was just a tad skeptical coming back to Cricket after a two year hiatus, but this Customer Courtesy team comprised of ALFREDO & THOMAS has bent over backwards time after time in accommodating me & PROVING THEMSELVES as second to none & I must say that I am thoroughly, wholeheartedly, and deeply IMPRESSED! Their knowledge base, service skills, empathy, and WIT abound to give them that edge and I am one happy customer! They actually asked me A LOT of qualifying questions on our initial meeting to get to the bottom of my precise needs with both my cell phone and my internet usage as well as my wallet & budget realities - and they were out to save me money!
