“I needed a very firm mattress and Mattress Firm advertised a model that fit in my budget due to a sale they have going. They didn't have any of the 'extra firm' mattresses at this store to try out but Paul, my sales person, offered to see if another location nearby had one for me to try. Very nice and a good sales practice. He asked if I wanted to try some options I may not have considered or known about that might be a step up in firmness from my firm Posturepedic. He did indeed have a mattress I hadn't considered or known about that was actually perfect for my pressing needs. I will update my post after I have slept on it for a few weeks but I did research into the manufacturing side of it now and I believe I made a great choice and Paul was very considerate of my budget as well. Yeah Mattress Firm!”

He gave us a $25 certificate for Christie’s. I went to Christie’s to see what they had and spoke to Doug. He was knowledgeable and I will return this weekend to make a purchase. We are long time customers of Christie’s and prefer them to the big box stores for appliances.”

“After having visited virt every Tucson furniture store today I bought two chairs and a couch from Copenhagen. The employee by the name of Will was easy to work with. He was available to answer questions without stalking the customer. This is a huge turnoff, and a sales tactic used at other furniture stores. The prices at Copenhagen are reasonable and in fact less expensive than a few so called discount stores.”

“Furniture Connection was our last stop after a long day of furniture shopping. I guess the saying saving the best for last work for furniture shoping too. We were greater at the door by David. He listened when we said we preferred to “just look” on our own. He explains the store and let us go on our way. He did check up on us but gave us the space we needed. “My daughter moved to Tucson and was sleeping on a new mattress that we bought from a furniture store. After 6 months, this mattress started to show signs of having been worn in the center and was sagging. No more chain stores for me. I went to Best Mattress, a yellow store where I had trouble finding the entrance... but persevered. We entered the store, and after telling the owner our story he set us up with the perfect high quality mattress at a price that was much lower than what we experienced at other chain stores. The owner was quite forthcoming with information and listened carefully. He's been around in this business for 40 years telling me that he knows what people want and can deliver. The delivery process was as equally pleasant. I would recommend Best Mattress to anyone ... it's definitely a store to visit before making any purchase.”
