Fred came through for us and found the perfect mattress--very comfortable and reasonably priced. Aaron and Jose brought the mattress out to our home to ensure it fit the bed properly and then took it back to the store to hold for us until we were ready to have it delivered to our new home. “Went in today (24 July) for help with a past order and quality control issues from a sectional purchased in October 2022. Warranty coverage was seamless and the gentlemen (Evan… I hope I got his name right… and Christian) working the store couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, and helpful. Purchased modifications and additions to our existing setup, in addition to getting replacements under warranty. “Response to owner: My Apologies, I mixed up my postings while doing two different reviews. Here is my correct review for Que Bonita.
This Large Southwestern store hosts a variety of furnishings, decor, jewelry, clothing and more. I was quickly greeted by an employee and was assisted when needed. I purchased to hand made dinner plates, hand blown glass margarita glasses, napkins and holders. There is also a small gallery of artwork on the second floor. You must access the gallery it via stairs. Plenty of variety and hand made furnishings, however they were out of my price range. Furnishings vary from chairs, kitchen tables, bed headboards, and tables, and more. Most were very large in size. The employees were very willing to answer my questions. Would recommend to others.”

“Wonderful store. I came in a couple weeks ago because trying to find a quality office chair online was a royal pain. The staff helped me try different chairs, adjust and test them out. Ended up with a Steelcase Leap V2 for an absolute steal of a price, in basically new condition.
Its been serving me well and if I ever need another chair in the future. I know where im going !”
“I highly recommend Lazy Boy for the Most Comfortable chairs and other furniture and room decor. I walked into Lazy-Boy with the goal of finding comfortable reclining chairs and maybe decorating the living room the chairs would be in. I met Trystin C. at the door. She was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I explained to her my needs. She found the Chair I bought in less than 5 minutes. She showed me others, but I was set on the first one I saw. I then explained I wanted to use the Lazy Boy Interior Designer (Jennifer M.) to complete my living room. Jenn was also very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I wasn't completely satisfied with the setup of the furniture by the delivery guys even though they tried but they were pressed for time with a day’s worth of deliveries ahead of them. I told Trystin/Jenn and Jenn came out to my house with a floor tech to adjust my furniture location to my liking. I highly recommend Lazy Boy for furniture (they have other furniture other than recliners) AND their Interior Designing Skills.”

“I am writing to tell you about the great service that I have received from Earth Energy. First, Renee of the administrative staff was fabulous in following up and in easing the whole process. We have fireplaces at two different addresses and that could have been confusing! She smoothed over any possible misunderstanding. Jesse, the installer and fireplace expert was wonderful! He was cordial and respectful and did the work quickly and so cleanly that we didn’t have anything to do when he left! He also advised us that one of our fireplaces only needed to be serviced—it was in much better condition that the other one which needed a new burner and logs. It would have been easy for him to see the other fireplace as a way to make more money—and instead established trust by letting us know that it really only needed service. We have been happy with Earth Energy from the first contact—and are so glad that we didn’t opt for an online company. We’re glad that there is a store here and wonderful installers. And they did it all in time for a holiday party!
