However, the store no longer carries petite sizes, which many customers find unfair and discriminatory for smaller or skinnier shoppers. Despite this, many customers appreciate the store's quality products and good management. Overall, the store's friendly staff and organized layout make it a positive shopping experience, though the lack of petite options is a notable downside.
Always get good service. Today, Gianna was especially helpful. She helped me with fitting and purchases. She helped with an online purchase, an in-store purchase and called another store for me to hold an item. Will make another in-store purchase at a different store thanks to Gianna! Love Old Navy!

Merchandise in store no longer includes petite sizes. This is ridiculous and borders on being discriminatory for smaller/skinnier people. Old Navy should treat all body sizes (everyone) the same.
