“I must have gotten training day with a bunch of newbies. Certainly not my normal experience with this location. To pay that much for their paint 🙄 Yes it's good paint, but???Wasn't ready in window I requested, and I gave a wide window of time. Told no problem, they would get right on it.. No stir sticks. Tried to charge me twice. Staff member was clearly upset with other staff member who dropped ball multiple times. Gritted teeth politeness. I hope they get their act together as they have been a staple to our projects.”
