They didn't have charms out on display and it was my first time in the store, so I think inventory should be done after hours.

Today I had the best experience when I walked into the store. I felt welcomed and they were right on it with what a GF of mine wanted from me. I definitely will be back soon. I was there around closing time and still it was welsoming experience.
