First off her shop is beautiful and big.
The jeweler did some repairs. An error happened. I was so impressed when the jeweler called and explained what had happened. He was so kind and apologetic there was no way I could get upset. They went out of there way and fixed the issue and knocked of a generous amount off. The piece looks stunning!
I was so very impressed with the deep honesty starting from Joanne and from her jeweler.
I will never go to another jeweler.
It is so hard to find honesty now days.

“Has my engagement ring resized here and it fit perfectly. Accidentally cracked it at the bottom where it was resized so went back to have it fixed. A year later it’s now cracked again at the same spot maybe due to how thin the bottom part became after the size up. The guy who helped was very kind and checks all the diamonds before and after you pay so it is the real deal.”
