I knew that Tucson's gemstone game was strong so we found Krikawa through Yelp and were impressed by their designs online. We conducted all of our consultations with our design consultant, Sandrine, in person. They did a great job with shepherding us through the process and I ended up with the engagement ring of my dreams!”

“My rosary beads broke twice. R&J came up in the Google search as "watch repair." I took a chance and took the beads for repair. The man behind the desk fixed my beads quickly and without complaint - both times. He charged me nothing and sent me on my way. The shop has a great vibe and the shop owner/watch repairman is genuine and warm. I intuitively know that his watch repair work is excellent. I love this jewelry shop!!!”

“Julie was an amazing help to my husband Oscar when he went in to look for a replacement for me when I lost my wedding ring! He surprised me with a 1000% upgrade of the one I lost!! He was super excited to give it to me and come to find out it was too big so we went in the next day to see Julie and see if sizing was an option. I was greeted by a super excited, smiling face of Julie who greeted me with a huge hug and immediately asked me if I was happy with my surprise!I expressed how grateful I was to her for her help with Oscar and let her know I was extremely happy for the choice she helped him make. They both went into detail on how Julie did not have but 1 ring on the floor that caught his attention in just a bit so she went to the back and pulled out the RIGHT ONE!! Oscar said he knew that was the one and Julie even gave him a huge good deal!It was great to hear the story but even better to see the excitement of the two!! Needless to say Julie did not stop there on helping us out she sent my ring to get sized and saw how sad I was to actually let it go, so she put a rush on it and I got it back with in 3 days!!! I took the chance and drove 45 minutes to the mall to find out that it was all real! I won a free sterling silver bracelet. Eliza was the manager on duty, and she was beyond nice and welcoming. There was no hassle and she knew exactly who I was and the whole situation. The process took literally 5 minutes. I picked out my bracelet, she adjusted it to my satisfaction and welded it together.
