“Yo! A couple of years ago, my wife took me shooting for my birthday. Wanted to try something new, so she discovered th HUB. It was fun. Fast forward, I decided to actually go into the store front area, for the first time. MAAAAAN, I was NOT prepared for what I saw. It put all the other places to shame. It was my first time there, and now I am sold on making it a frequent stop haha. I was thoroughly impressed just by how attentive the staff was. The place looked like something off M.I.B. when they went to retrieve their firearms for a mission haha. Chefs kiss for sure!”

“Old pueblo coin is a Tucson gem. Always offering coins and bullion of the highest quality. They also carry sterling jewelry, collectable script notes from around the world, and sell coin books/slab coin containers when available. It's a family friendly place so you can bring your kids.
I thinks it is fun that they can offer some great sales prices on certain coins but you never know what the sale includes on any given day. The very few times I've stopped by I have always been greeted by at least one person.
If you are selling something, they are more than happy to give you honest and up front info and prices because they have integrity. Thank you Ben and the Old Peblo Coin team for being an outstanding coin dealer for Tucson and southern Arizona.”

“Had an unexpected financial emergency come up on a Saturday evening that I needed to find a solution for by the following monday. Mortgage got transferred and the new company decided they needed extra money I hadnt planned for. Naturally in generally pawn shops are not always my first choice, but when you need cash and you need it fast it can be a good option. Had a custom built neo geo system to pawn, and tbh this was not my first stop. The other places would not understand what I was bringing to them was not the cheap baby KO one they sell on amazon with 50 games. This was a modded original bartop neo geo with 10000 games AND a custom base. I tried to point that out by the measurements alone but no would listen and tbh were pretty rude about it and offered me 200 to sell it to them and 100 to pawn. the base alone is worth 150. Pawn 1st was literally my last hope. they were kind enough to come out to the car and look at it and let me EXPLAIN what it really was not what google image would say it is. the gentleman who helped me also got a cart to bring the very heavy top piece in and he told me he would try to help me out. Once the manager one duty , Joe I believe, was caught up they got him involved. He asked what it was, and what I wanted for it. I told him my situation and that if they would turn it on and see what it was it would be worth it. he looked it up of course but then turned it on and I showed them it had all those games on it and told them to try it out. He offered me less than what I had asked for , which if you have ever seen pawn stars lines right up so thats ok, and if I could make that amount work. I offered what I thought was an acceptable counter offer and that I would put some of the money from higher amount to put something in the store on layaway as a show of good faith AND it was gonna be a really good deal for a piece of equipment I had already been looking for almost 2 years now. we agreed on that deal shook hands and did the paperwork. I walked out of there with not only more than the money I really needed (just in case something else came up) but actual piece of mind that I didnt have to worry about this issue anymore. The entire staff was very friendly and really took the time to listen to what my dilemma was and why I was there in the first place. They went IMO above and beyond what you would expect from not only a pawn shop but most customer service instances in this day and age. They also had a ton of interesting stuff on hand for good prices and I have a feeling I will be back there from time to time!”

The games I'd pawned somehow got lost in the store, and Hector not only made sure they were replaced, but went out of his way and took the initiative to reach out and keep me updated with the process. Items getting lost is very rare and rather than being a negative to me, their integrity and excellent customer service in solving the issue is why I'll gladly choose this location again next time.”
