Petco is a great store for pets and pet parents. The staff is very accommodating, extremely friendly and courteous, super helpful, and makes customers feel right at home. The store is extremely clean and very well organized. It offers a huge selection of great products, including brand-name nutrition and supplies for many types of pets, all at reasonable prices. Services include a great grooming area, speedy veterinarian and vaccination clinics, and pet adoption. Customers appreciate timely appointment reminders and the convenience of online shopping with in-store pickup. The experience is consistently positive, with staff providing helpful advice on sales.

General Manager Chris was knowledgeable and professional regarding the two (2) parakeets that I purchased. The store is nearby my home in Tucson, AZ and I will continue to shop at Pet Smart.
