My maultipoo went in to get groomed for the first time, his coat was a bit long with some matting. He needed his nails done too. He is really spoiled, so to hear he did very well with the groomer Ritz for 3 plus hours I was very happy.

As cat cage cleaning volunteers, we had an uncomfortable experience with Cata, the manager, who was disrespectful, aggressive and contradicted the information we received from all other managers in the past six months of cleaning. Kady, on the other hand, was helpful and kind, as always.
