“I've been getting prescriptions from this pharmacy for some years now and have been very happy with the service.
Last summer I started seeing a naturopath who isn't fully familiar with the main health issue that I'm dealing with (no one in Tucson is), and one of the pharmacists was extremely helpful by suggesting a medication I hadn't tried yet, and communicated with my doctor to make sure I started with a small dosage, etc.
The only issue I've had was a very minor one, taking a few tries to get it into my notes to put the prescription in a different bottle than it normally comes in and to not have the childproof cap on, both due to how my hands are working these days.
Their location by Northwest Hospital is very convenient for me, and it's also very convenient that they're open on Saturday mornings for picking up prescriptions.”

“My favorite Costco! Great pop-up sales, amazing fruit, meat, wines, desserts, and so much more. Have had great luck buying and planting their fruit trees over the years... orange, lemon, grapefruit, mandating, fig. All producing well. The employees are very helpful and most knowledgeable about products and locations. This store is clean and seems well run. I don't enjoy shopping, but I do look forward to coming here where I can get just about everything I need. Highly recommend.”

“You have to go to fuel station to get your propane but pay for it first at customer service inside store then take receipt to fuel attendant to get the propane tanks exchange or purchase .”

“This is new but essential in our neighborhood. Brianne Spaeth is the owner, and apparently also a magician as she continues to make good things happen in Saddlebrooke. She has been a powerful in helping us get Covid shots, and although the store is small, the merchandising is outstanding and the prices on sundries are very fair. Every single staff member is very, very nice and easy to deal with. I wish it were possible to give more than 5 stars!”

“This place offers much. Great supplements, compounded animal meds, bio identical hormones, referrals to good docs, blood testing and just a good vibe. Yes they're busy. No they aren't snarky. Patience though-- plan your orders because I don't believe this is the kind of place where you get same day service on custom blends. They do work their hardest though. Pricing.... Well this type of pharmacy isn't inexpensive and they don't use insurance”

You get very few people like her who actually, honestly and genuinely care about people's matters as a human being and not just someone who is there just for the pay. Totally worth ditching those “drive thru” pharmacies that seem to be on every other corner. At least for me, I would rather have positive experiences like I have at Bashas Pharmacy.

“I work for Costco 20 years ago. I've been to Costco's all over the United States. And I've never had a bad experience. Love it every time. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and I never regret it and this is the one store I come back to you every month and I always spend some insane amount of money that it's not within my budget and I never regret it. I do it every single month and I'm completely fine with it . Part of why I stopped working there was because I was spending my whole paycheck there. I had a problem now it's my hobby shout out to my homies that I still see when I shop there and the ones I'm still friends with !!!”
“My prescription was sent in at 1130 and was due to filled around 2 to 230. I called them and asked if they could help me out and get it filled ASAP. The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and honored my request. She also looked for another store to fill my second prescription since they didn't have. “Words can't even come close to expressing how impressed and overjoyed I feel right now by the impeccable customer service and assistance I received from the moment I walked in.
To be honest I was dreading having to pick up my mother's scripts from the pharmacy and to grab my Mom a few needed items due to the extremely poor treatment and assistance I received from the store's Manager and assistant Manager and pharmacy staff at the Broadway and Houghton location due to my son's appearance. After spending hours working on my truck my son looked dirty despite cleaning himself up, some of that oil just refuses to come off and because of that we were followed and harassed from the very moment we walked into that location it was a nightmare and have never been so insulted and embarrassed that we walked out and will never return to that location. So here we are again my son had worked for hrs on his grandmother's car so I absolutely dreaded the mere thought of going to another Safeway with my son after what we experienced at the BROADWAY & HOUGHTON location. Nobody should ever be treated and talked to the way we were treated and talked to at that location and I will NEVER return to that store ever again because of it, now the GOLFLINKS AND HARRISON SAFEWAY HAS THE MOST IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CURTIOUS, RESPECTFUL AND AMAZING STAFF I have ever seen and experienced in my life. I live 5 minutes away from the Broadway and Houghton location and 10 to 15min away from the GOLFLINKS and HARRISON location and the next time I need to go grocery shopping I will be driving the extra just to have another amazing experience just like the one I did today..I want to thank all of you for being so awesome at what you do more store's should take a lesson from all of you on how to treat their customers cause you guys are truly amazing and in this day and age due to all the ugliness and hateful way people behave we need more KIND, CURTIOUS AND BEYOND HELPFUL people like you. “The premises on Speedway are nice and clean with ample seating. The staff are always very pleasant and provide excellent service. Whenever i request my prescriptions to be mailed, they are always very prompt at sending them out, unlike my experience at my former pharmacy, Walgreens. Walgreens routinely neglected to send my scripts timely, and i had to call repeatedly to check on the status, which was vexing. At Genoa it also isn't problematic picking up my Adderall a day or two early, whereas at other places the staff will squawk in admonition and make you feel like some degenerate pill fiend.The hours may be more restrictive, they aren't open weekends and close earlier, but the service they provide here makes it worth my while.”
“The workers are nice and the place is clean. Sister uses CVS pharmacy drive thru. Restrooms are for the customers, but sometimes depending on the worker, they let the people without homes use the restrooms. People deserve to use an actual bathroom with TP, but sometimes it would be nice not to be followed by them around the store. I guess it depends on the day.”
“The pharmacist at Genoa pharmacy are the best ever. I have never had such a better experience dealing with pharmacist in my entire life. They blow the big chains out of the water, especially if you attend Kodak Hills care, which is in the same building as Genoa pharmacy big props to all pharmacy staff.Freddy is the best person such a kind heart he normally works the front desk giving out prescriptions thank you Freddy for all your hard work.
