“I've been getting prescriptions from this pharmacy for some years now and have been very happy with the service.
Last summer I started seeing a naturopath who isn't fully familiar with the main health issue that I'm dealing with (no one in Tucson is), and one of the pharmacists was extremely helpful by suggesting a medication I hadn't tried yet, and communicated with my doctor to make sure I started with a small dosage, etc.
The only issue I've had was a very minor one, taking a few tries to get it into my notes to put the prescription in a different bottle than it normally comes in and to not have the childproof cap on, both due to how my hands are working these days.
Their location by Northwest Hospital is very convenient for me, and it's also very convenient that they're open on Saturday mornings for picking up prescriptions.”

“Its Price Club, I mean Costco. If you need something in bulk that they carry its great. If your looking for variety for a specific type of item(say deodorant) then look elsewhere. Can't beat a hot dog and a soda for a buck fifty, and seeing the same employees for a decade says a lot to me.”

Patience though-- plan your orders because I don't believe this is the kind of place where you get same day service on custom blends. They do work their hardest though. Pricing.... Well this type of pharmacy isn't inexpensive and they don't use insurance”

Totally worth ditching those “drive thru” pharmacies that seem to be on every other corner. At least for me, I would rather have positive experiences like I have at Bashas Pharmacy.

“I work for Costco 20 years ago. I've been to Costco's all over the United States. And I've never had a bad experience. Love it every time. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and I never regret it and this is the one store I come back to you every month and I always spend some insane amount of money that it's not within my budget and I never regret it. I do it every single month and I'm completely fine with it . Part of why I stopped working there was because I was spending my whole paycheck there. “Words can't even come close to expressing how impressed and overjoyed I feel right now by the impeccable customer service and assistance I received from the moment I walked in.
To be honest I was dreading having to pick up my mother's scripts from the pharmacy and to grab my Mom a few needed items due to the extremely poor treatment and assistance I received from the store's Manager and assistant Manager and pharmacy staff at the Broadway and Houghton location due to my son's appearance. After spending hours working on my truck my son looked dirty despite cleaning himself up, some of that oil just refuses to come off and because of that we were followed and harassed from the very moment we walked into that location it was a nightmare and have never been so insulted and embarrassed that we walked out and will never return to that location. So here we are again my son had worked for hrs on his grandmother's car so I absolutely dreaded the mere thought of going to another Safeway with my son after what we experienced at the BROADWAY & HOUGHTON location. Nobody should ever be treated and talked to the way we were treated and talked to at that location and I will NEVER return to that store ever again because of it, now the GOLFLINKS AND HARRISON SAFEWAY HAS THE MOST IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CURTIOUS, RESPECTFUL AND AMAZING STAFF I have ever seen and experienced in my life. I live 5 minutes away from the Broadway and Houghton location and 10 to 15min away from the GOLFLINKS and HARRISON location and the next time I need to go grocery shopping I will be driving the extra just to have another amazing experience just like the one I did today..I want to thank all of you for being so awesome at what you do more store's should take a lesson from all of you on how to treat their customers cause you guys are truly amazing and in this day and age due to all the ugliness and hateful way people behave we need more KIND, CURTIOUS AND BEYOND HELPFUL people like you. THANK YOU”
